I go to Northland Eye Care for my annual exam, and they have been pretty great. Service quick in and out. On my first exam, I got glasses, and it took about 2-3 weeks to get them in and was quicker than I expected. They don't cut corners and give you the honest price of what you're paying. Also, depending on payments and insurance, they are very flexible with payment plans. The place is easily accessible and in a plaza with plenty of parking. I also like that they are very close with their clients and treat them with respect and like family. Overall, this great experience would go here again.​​​​​​​

I had such a great experience here! Everyone from the front desk to the optometrist was kind, professional, and efficient. A special thank you to the lovely Kim who helped me order my contacts. She was incredibly prompt and made the whole process so smooth. I really appreciated how attentive and helpful the entire team was. Highly recommend! Especially for those out-of-towners (like me) needing last minute contact orders!​​​​​​​

I apologize for not remembering the names of the other two techs. It's not because they aren't worth remembering. They round out the best eye care clinic in Flagstaff, in Arizona. Stay the course. Northland Eye Care is consistently a 10/10! I actually tried another local eye clinic once and will never go back. It felt unwelcoming, and I was rushed the entire time. Northland Eye Care, however, takes all the proper steps to ensure you leave their office feeling confident and comfortable. Plus, they always have an amazing selection of glasses and sunglasses. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone needing an eye exam, glasses, or shades.​​​​​​​

Overall I had a great visit with Dr Thomas and his staff. Everything was done efficiently and the appointment went very smoothly. I shared some issues I was having with my vision and received straightforward explanations of what was happening. Fitting frames was very good although I am difficult to fit. There is an option to have them order frames but there were limitations to what I could order. I’ll come back to this office for my next checkup!​​​​​​​
