Meet Our Team

Dr. Thomas founded Northland Eye Care in 2003 with the goal of building the extraordinary eye care practice in Northern Arizona. He grew up in Pittsburgh, PA. earning his B.A. in Biology from Washington and Jefferson College in 1991.

Katie is an ABO certified optician who enjoys helping patients with their eyewear needs. Outside of work, she loves caring for her chickens and plants and enjoys cooking for her family.

Kim is an ABO and NCLE certified optician and a Flagstaff native who brings both expertise and humor to the office. Known as the office comedian, Kim loves rock music and attending concerts.

Ariana is a CPO certified technician dedicated to providing excellent patient care. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and going on adventures with her dog.

Megan is an associate in medical specialties who brings curiosity and problem-solving skills to the team. She has a unique hobby of repairing vintage electronics.

Lisa is the welcoming face at our front desk and helps keep the office running smoothly. Raised in Bavaria, she developed a love for hiking and skiing and now enjoys making friends with the local wildlife—especially a raven in her backyard.
