Northland Eye Care: Our Team

Heidi Hipsher grew up in Clearwater Beach, Florida. She moved to Flagstaff with her husband in 2001. Heidi enjoys spending time with her family and all her animals. In her spare time, she enjoys long walks with her dog, hiking and is an avid reader. Heidi has over 20 years of experience working at the prestigious offices of Eye Associates of South Georgia and National Vision Associates, which made Heidi an obvious choice for our office. She joined Northland Eye Care at our opening in 2003. Heidi is a State Board Licensed Optician and is American Board of Opticianry Certified and National Contact Lens Examiners Certified.

Johan (Jo Ann) Jackman grew up in Southern California and Texas. She moved to Flagstaff in 2000 from Phoenix, and considers Flagstaff as her home. Johan is married to her high school sweetheart and has a 12 year old daughter named Raven. She enjoys spending time with her family and 4 dogs. In her spare time she paints, sculpts, and is an avid reader. She has been with Northland Eye Care for over a year and a half. Johan passed her Certified Paraoptometric exam in May 2007 and her goal is to become licensed in her field and lead a team of expert technicians to provide excellent eye health care.
